archaeologist. I have spent 10 years in expeditions, including those from abroad. I am interested in antique
cultures, myths and in the religion of different nations, psychology, and art history. I adore Russian/soviet avant-guard. I am attracted by all mysterious, enigmatic things, but the biggest mystery in our world – is human soul. The art for me – is a way of world perception, a method of self-knowledge and of self-development, a means to express facts that are impossible to be said in words. That is why, it is
complicated for me to comment my works and even to give them titles. I prefer to work with oil, to paint for long time, to come back often to the painting after weeks and even after months, in order to make a new sense of my impression and of my state.

Sterzenbach is a painter who creates self-willed dream figures (men, animals, sculptures, rock formations, etc.). Strange and bewitched creatures come into existence, which defy description. Theese magical, surrealistic images have a suggestive effect on the spectator. Sterzenbach about his practice: "I don´t know theese creatures, before I see them appearing on paper or canvas. I am often surprised about my own creations. By different techniques like frottage, decalcomany, imprimitation etc. structures come into existence, which Sterzenbach assembles into fantasy figures, without having an exact imagination of what is emerging. Little faces and forms, which Sterzenbach inserts finally in the coarse structures, increase the dreamlike surrealistic radiation of the pictures. You may not try to understand or conceive. It is quite a different world where you have to engage in as a spectator.

Mine is a timid and demure artwork through which I try to express my feelings towards

dreams and reality. Art represents for me a DREAM beyond LIFE and the way on which

I tried to walk among the yearslacking balance. Libra through the stars and zodiac, I am still

in a continuous 'unbalance', I can never establishmy equilibrium between believing and not

believing that truth is possible on Earth and that suspicion does not define everything in

this world.

'My world is miles of endless roads / that leaves a trail of broken dreams' are some words

from a song by Chris Rea that I consider to define my life untill now. My tender soul has

endeavored to go through this harshway of life but I hardened my spirit and never gave up.

I have a world of friends, I like to have a lot of friends especially women, because I am

goodlistener and pacifist, but I always need a 'shoulder' to cry on.

Although I was born in the most beautiful town in Romania, SIBIU, destiny choose to

dislodgeme to thecapital, Bucharest. But God was good to me, I succeeded to vanquish

all the bad feelings I was harbouringand DREAM... If there is something that could be held

against me is that I being dreamer, could not adapt to reality and it became for me a cruel fate.

Hugh Kerr is an artist living in London, in the UK. He is self taught and has progressed from fairly basic use of ink and gouache to more sophisticated use of acrylic and oil on canvas in the last 5 years.
My professional training is in the area of geology and environmental science. Elements from these various experiences show through, sometimes in an indirect and abstract way. Whilst I hope that people can detect
elements of the world they see around them in my work, I leave much of the interpretation to the viewer.
Inspiration for my ideas comes from a multitude of directions. The 'Life by the vent' and ‘Alien Plants’ series both take shapes and forms from the natural world and reassemble them to give an impression of other worldliness. Other paintings are also influenced by the natural environment, but also the physical properties of materials, bodies in motion. A number of works are based on musings on the everyday behaviour of the people in the office where I work.

Born in 1962, Jim cannot remember a time when he wasn't creating some type of art. Television provided him with his earliest models to work from in the form of cartoons.He moved on to comics,graphic novels and the like. It wasn't until his first year of Bristol Community College,also in Fall River,that he discovered his affinity for painting while studying under artist Marion Wilner. He went on to study at The Swain School of Design in New Bedford,Ma.under the likes of David Loefler Smith, Severin Haines and Benjamin Martinez. Since college he has had numerous shows,both solo and group,has done illustrations for a number of magazines and newspapers,won many awards,and is currently scheduled to have his work exhibited at Infusion Gallery,Los Angeles,Ca.as well as online at the VirtualTart Gallery. While he took to painting as obsessively as cartooning,he never gave up on cartooning as such. His cartoons have appeared in numerous
publications,both mainstream and underground.He has also worked as an editorial cartoonist for the Fall River Herald News and had some of his work featured in King Feature's Syndicated 'New Breed'. Ultimately this led him in the direction of the tattoo world where he worked professionally for five years and won awards for his work. Never having given up his desire for either cartooning nor painting he has struggled to reconcile the two artforms for decades. With the advent of some serous health issues he
left the 60 hour a week life of a tattoo artist and has since tried to take his early retirement/disability as a blessing in disguise. Not willing to stop working on his art,he has used his time to continue to piece
together the various parts of his artistic self. He is currently exploring more of a mixed media approach to what he does and,as such,has begun to create what some are calling 'animated expressive abstraction'.

Milton Jeron was born in Nicosia, Cyprus in 1958, but spent most of his childhood in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, relocating to Sгo Paulo in 1994. Jeron’s groundbreaking work is in painting, photography and video, using recent computer technologies to analyze the role that mass media plays in shaping consciousness. Jeronґs
paintings reveal a colorful tropical richness, where insistent geometric forms stand out among abstract and figurative images. Obsessively a painter of forms diluted in bright and hidden lights, shadowy forms, defined by bright colors that break the serenity of the painting. Jeron's belief in art as a scientific tool for psychological exploration. His work explores the personal and cultural dynamics that condition how we see ourselves and others as well as how our individual and collective dentities condition such perceptions. Jeron
believes that the artist’s work should tie the time. It operates as a spectator of a work in time. The spectator sees the route traveled by the artist. The artist isn't just an image producer; the artist's target is to produce something extra-ordinary. Most of his art studies were held at MAM (Modern Art Museum in SP), St. Martin School in London and at the Art Students League in NY. Jeron took his master in Fine Arts at University of Sгo Paulo (USP). Jeron also has a degree on electronic engineering from Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, a master in Computer Science from Manhattan College (New York) and two MBAS in administration from Dom Cabral and IBMEC School.
